The men drove from one end of the strip to the other, increasing speed to destroy a pavilion in the center of the path.
After the kiosk was destroyed, the men were seen struggling to load a safe in the back of the SUV.
The men eventually manage to load the safe and on their way out cut the side of another glass door.
Police do not know in which direction the car then drove and are appealing to the public for help.
Although authorities have not released a description of the offenders, they are hoping someone recognizes the men or may have spotted their clearly damaged car near Canterbury Road.
Victoria Police say the car had stolen license plates – 1VK7IZ.
It’s unclear if an alarm was raised or how long it took officers to respond.
The flight center was significantly damaged in the incident, along with at least six other businesses.
